Auto Enrolment & Workplace Pensions

All UK employers need to comply with the Pensions Act 2008 reforms and the requirement to automatically enrol eligible employees into a workplace pension. Employers will have their own individual staging date determined by the number of employees they had on their payroll in April 2012.
